A native of Williamson County, Dale Davenport entered the real estate industry in 1999 as a licensed contractor, building quality custom homes. This experience, combined with his passion for building relationships with his clients, is the catalyst for Dale's unique ability to match the needs of each client to the perfect home. Driven by the desire to deliver quality in both the home and home-buying experience, Dale's attention to detail serves his clients well.

Originally from Connecticut, Emily is a Tennessee transplant who is happy to now call it home. She is an LSU graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Spanish. She is extremely organized with a knack for client relations, and is looking forward to building many beautiful homes for SEC Homes clients.

Bethany joined the team in 2023 and quickly became an integral part of our financial operations. Originally from Georgia, Bethany has called Tennessee home since 2001, and brings over 25 years of accounting experience. She is dedicated to ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all of our financial processes.
